fun fun weekend
At 2005-01-13 on 12:07 a.m.
this past weekend was a blast~we went to a huge b/d party friday night and didnt get home til 3am~it was some friends of ours b/d's K turned 21 and her dad K turned 57 and thier mom/wife D didnt spare no expense~tons of good food,drinks,deejay,dancing,2 cakes etc....there was about 80 people there and the place they had it at was a really cool old house that you can rent out for parties...the only problem~lol~the mens and womens bathrooms toilets overflowed,i guess it has old plumbing too-i flushed the toilet(i just did #1 guys)and the water kept coming and coming and swoosh all over the floor and i was like ohhh shit~but it had happened to somebody else before me and also in the mens bathroom...
then saturday i woke up kind of early for being out so late and my husband was still battling his cold and D stayed over at A's house and W got up early and went to M's house and stayed the night and went fishing of coarse Sunday...well Saturday night we went back over to D and K and A's house and stayed for 6 hours and ate a ton more and watched football and played games-it was a blast~thier house is sooo beautiful and perfect,they have murals painted on most of the walls that are so pretty,when you first walk into the hall way there is a big oak tree painted on the wall and that is their family tree~they have pictures of all thier family hanging on it~isnt that a great idea?,i really like A and A's bathroom~its painted in a jungle theme with a big giraffi and jaguar and monkeys and elephants...and D and K's bathroom has the best unique paint job-i cant even start to explain it to do it justice but its done in tissue paper and plaster and it looks like the coolest texture walls you've ever seen...and they have a beautiful screened in pool....we had sooo much fun..
sunday didnt really do much besides the normal sunday chores-grocery shop,laundry,football...
D got his report card yesterday and did good on it and W had his first full week of college again...
J~ville is getting all geared up for the super bowl in a couple of weeks,D might be involved in the halftime show(him and his friends),i told him that they need to act out the janet jackson/justin timberlake wardrobe malfunction trick and see if they get on tv...lmao he would be performing with paul mccartney(one of my favs),now you must know that my child and his friends have no dancing talent-lol-they are doing it to get the once in a lifetime chance to be on tv during the superbowl halftime show...i'll be shocked if they actually do it!! W was going to do it too but he changed his mind and said what the heck-im staying home and watching the game!! goooo STEELERS or COLTS and GREENBAY you let me down,im sure my dad is hoping for a all PA superbowl-steelers/eagles since he is from PA...
wellll i need to go fill out some stupid paperwork for rebates-i've only been trying to do it for a couple days and they make it so hard to do-I HATTTTE REBATES....i think they do it on purpose thinking that nobody will fill them out right and return them...
later and i hope karen and terri are ok in Cali and everyone else is safe with the bad weather going on...
