OKKKK~I've been reading the book "NATURAL CURES THEY DONT WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT" you've might of seen the info-mercial with the authur Kevin Trudeau-what he has to say on tv makes a lot of sense but reading the book i think different-but what all he says-the human race should be wiped out-lol-im going to list some of the many things he says:
Antibiotics are bad for us...
Lotions and cream we wouldnt eat cause they are posion so why do we put them on our body...
Dont drink tap water...
get 15 colonics in 30 days....wtf-i have never had 1 much least 15 in one month im sensitve when it comes to my bung-hole-lol....
Dont drink canned or bottle juice...
Dont drink diet sodas-regular sodas are better for you if you drink sodas...
Dont use aspartame(like nutra sweet etc..)...
Dont eat fastfood or microwave food...
Dont eat Homogenized and paseurized dairy products....
Dont eat anything out of a box,package,jar....
Dont eat farmed raised fish...
Dont eat pork,shellfish...
Dont use sunscreen-the sun is good for you and sunscreen causes cancer...
Dont use deodorants or antiperspirants...
Dont eat white sugar,anything that says sugar free,low carb,net carbs,food bars,diet shakes,protein shakes...
Stay away from pools and spas...
Stay away from psychiatrists/psychologistics...
ok women get ready for this one-Stay away from electric tumble dryers-yeah right....
OKKKKK enough-the list goes on and on-how am i still alive???? Yes i know that some of what he is saying is really true and might be the cause of some health issues-a lot that i have-but lets get real...And i do believe that the FDA doesnt tell us everything about the meds we use etc...oh well i just thought it was a good read and kind of funny and educational all in one book....
Im having a better couple of days then from the last post i had-i do have my womanly check up on thursday-fun fun fun-man that year went by quick-holy crap olie-i just remembered something that my dr. told me last year-she said next year(meaning this year)when you turn forty you have to look forward to getting your anal checked too- :*(****
my poor bunghole is going to be hurted...dude im not going now!!! :) sorry for so much info but hey its the facts of life.grrrrrrrrrr anybody want to go in my place????? ;)
