easy come~easy go
At 2005-08-17 on 9:15 p.m.
My oldest son had to buy his college books today and parking pass and it was close to $600 and next week he starts his soph. year and his tution this semester is $1500-the good thing though is he can pay half next week and the rest in 6 weeks...he likes to pay up front and not take out student loans/grants etc...Im very proud of him for doing that,its best in the long run we think...he hates that he is having to "blow" all of his money on school but he knows it will be worth it in the long run...He's taking 13 hours this time but he is taking some really hard coarses so hopefully he'll do ok and get some good teachers...
my other golden child hasnt enrolled in any classes yet-lol-totally different kids-he wants me to go with him-ahhhh he still needs him mama!! :)of coarse i say okkkk we'll go tomorrow and his reply like always-i cant go tomorrow i have plans and i've got the hottie and the blowfish concert tomorrow night!!! that child is going to drive me nuts...
The boys helped their dad pressure wash the house tonight-it needed it bad and now we've got to get ready to paint it-buttttt-hubby and i cant agree on what color to paint it ;) this is the second time we have had to pressure wash it to get ready to paint it but never did cause of chosing the color conflict plus he's been busy as heck too at work...our house it a light gray trimmed in white and he wants to keep it kind of the same and i want to go just a lil bit darker gray,there are some homes in the neighborhood that have the color i like but he says its too dark!!! I was just wondering is the color gray spelled gray or grey???? lol I actually would like to color it a pretty light yellow or sandtone color but the we would have to get it approve and all thru the associaton-we cant do anything to our homes unless its in the rules-which we hate but its good too although we did get some people from cuba come into the neighborhood last year and painted thier house a god aweful pink-im surprised they got away with it...
we've all got a headache from heck now from the smell of bleach...oh well i need to bo take out the trash and then color my hair-too many lil grays/greys are showing!!! shhhhhhh ;X
