My lovely niece who is almost 12 called me and the hubster NERDS today cause we went to the zoo by ourselves without children in tow!! :) Cant grown ups enjoy the zoo too?! we sure did-we had a great time and the weather was perfect!! We stayed for several hours and took tons of pictures and had lots of laughs watching the chimps and guess what~we werent the only NERDS there ;)
Bailey was upset cause we didnt take her-she usually goes to work with her mom on Saturdays cause she can play dress up in the Boutique but her mom didnt work today cause she had a wedding to go to....soooo we went over to my parents house to visit our Belles-my baby girl is getting so tall and big :*) she kept wanting me to dance with her and i did even though my shoulder is so bruised and in pain-thats what good aunts do!! :)
Wes stayed home today and chilled out by watching football all day-the girl he likes is in town and they went out last night and she spent the day with her grandparents and then she came by tonight for awhile-their not dating cause he said its complicated-lol-
Doug has been working every night this week and now his car is making a really loud sound-which it could be something cheap to fix if we're lucky but more then likely its something expensive-isnt that how it goes!!
I made cookies tonight and burnt the first batch-grrrr-i dont know why i made them cause none of us were in a cookie mood-go figure-thats a first!!!
