David was charged with second degree murder last night and of coarse he had a smartass mouth and said his famous last words"she was drunk-she's a drunk"!! well guess what your a killer david...He demended the detective to tell him what they have on him in a way as if they dont have anything on him and the detective stayed professional and said you'll find out soon enough!!
We're all kind of bummed that we wont get to see the autopsy report for awhile-its still sealed and we wont probably hear or see anything about it until during the trial-i do know that her left nipple was barely hanging on-wtf did this man do to her-this is going to be so hard to listen to but we're ready...of coarse the wr has started between crystal and her sister which i've tried to stay out of it or look at it thru both eyes but not anymore-teresa is stil sticking up for david-mainly cause of david and aunt jeans son saul but with all the evidence proven now no way in hell are we going to listen to her "we need to wait cause he is innocent until proven gulity shit"-she lives 1000 of miles away and didnt see the abuse-she still hasnt seen the pictures of her moms beatings...grrrrrrrrrrrrr we just dont get it with her....

A man was charged with second-degree murder Monday night in connection to his estranged wife�s death in June.
David , 58, who has been held in County jail since the June 3 incident for violating a restraining order against his wife Judith, is now charged with her murder.
Judith, 51, was found dead in her swimming pool after police found her floating face down.
The charge came after the Medical Examiner ruled that the cause of death was drowning and the manner of her death was homicide.

A Marco Island man whose wife was found dead in their swimming pool in June had threatened to drown her on numerous occasions in the past, authorities said.
David , 58, was arrested Monday night on a charge of second-degree murder in connection with the death of his 51-year-old wife Judith, who was found floating face down in the couple�s swimming pool on June 3.
Judith had confided to friends and family members that she had endured ongoing mental, verbal and physical abuse from her husband, an arrest report said.
She told them that on several occasions David would kick her in the stomach while she was swimming, submerge her head and then comment on how easy it would be to kill her without anyone knowing, police reported.
David also threatened to cut his wife into pieces and dispose of her body while he disappeared with their 16-year-old son, the arrest report said.
Police initially investigated JudithS death as a drowning. Alcohol was listed as a possible factor in her death because three bottles of alcohol and wine were seized from the home and taken into evidence.

Officers who responded to the scene found Judith floating in the pool around 9:15 p.m. on June 3. She was pronounced dead at 9:48 p.m. while traveling to the hospital.
Authorities said David made no attempt to remove his wife from the pool or administer aid. David, who was completely dry, told police he was not strong enough to remove her from the pool, an arrest report said.
David was arrested at the hospital for violating a restraining order, authorities said in June. He has been held in the jail since his arrest.
David was arrested on a charge of second-degree murder at 6:53 p.m. Monday after the Medical Examiner�s Office ruled that the manner of his wife�s death was homicide, city spokeswoman said.
After his wife was found in the pool, a detective observed fresh cuts and abrasions to David left hand, an arrest report said. Judith also had unexplained injuries, including internal injuries, which were observed and discovered by the medical examiner.
The medical examiner determined that Judith sustained internal injuries from blunt force trauma not consistent with a fall, the arrest report said.
In the year and a half before she was found dead, witnesses told investigators that Judith had suffered a broken nose, broken ankle, black eyes, an injury to her finger and severe bruising from abuse by her husband.
David was arrested on a charge of domestic battery in March. Witnesses told police that he had become aware that his wife was completing a written statement related to his March arrest in which she was depicting the physical abuse she had suffered, an arrest report said.
David was upset about the statement, witnesses told police, and he asked her to change her statement and wanted her to drop the charges because he had a court date scheduled for June 13, according to the arrest report.
